Welcome! I am a certified Jungian analyst in private practice in Seattle, a graduate of the C.G. Jung Institute of Zurich, Switzerland and a professional member of the North Pacific Institute for Analytical Psychology in Seattle. I work with adolescents and adults in long-term Jungian psychoanalysis and short-term therapy using Jungian theory and technique. I’m licensed as a mental health counselor (LMHC) in the State of Washington.

Jungian analysis involves dreamwork, reference to mythological symbols and imagery, focus on the deep unconscious and individuation, but many people who initially come to see me do so because they suffer from immediate practical life-problems like depression, anxiety, psychosomatic symptoms, relationship problems, a philosophical or spiritual crisis — in other words specific problems, conflicts and issues that have made it difficult to live their lives with conscious awareness and integrity.
